"I chose Wiseman based on the review I read. At first we had problems with the scheduling but thank God it was immediately fixed! About the service I received ... GREAT work! :) They expalined to me the problem with my A/C. The reason why it freezes and how to prevent it from happening again. Kuya Jaymark was very professional even at a very young age. He told me how long he has been working and how it started. He was polite too. Will surely get them again to have my A/C cleaned again. Very satisfied customer. "The initial coversation and coordination with Grace was smooth, they also sent a text message the day before to confirm the schedule and remind me to secure a permit from our building admin. The workers arrived 2hours late, but for understandable reasons. They did a good job, our aircon unit is now clean and without leaks. Grace also followed up on the condition of the unit days after the cleaning and check up. We also find their rates reasonable. We would most likely book their services again. Thanks Wiseman! :)"

"This review is worth the P300 I spent on their "diagnostic" fee. I specifically requested that the issue of my AC unit was ice on the condenser. It was recently cleaned and it did not cool the room one bit. That was clear. They insisted that they come over and clean the unit and do a checkup. Fine. I told them to be ready with equipment to repair the issue. Freon? Capacitor maybe? Repair a leak? It's like they weren't listening. It's like all they want to do is clean it. Next. They did not arrive on the initial agreed upon time and date. I had to reschedule them to another day. I did not get any prior notification that they were running late or that they were coming at all. Do you know how much a customer is inconvenienced when people they are prepared to pay good money to don't honor the service date? The service date that they themselves committed to? Minus one star right there. They came the next day. I told them I hope you have the necessary materials to fix the AC... the condenser was icing. All they had was cleaning equipment. So finally they saw the unit. They opened it and found that it was still relatively clean. "Malinis pa sir!" They turned the AC on and immediately saw the ice starting to build up. "May yelo sir!" Well of course! That's what I've been trying to tell you guys! Another minus one star! A minute later they closed up my AC unit. Turned it off, went down their ladder and said it needs servicing. They did not have the equipment, they will be back next time. I then asked how much the repair would cost. I was advised to call their office. The same pleasant lady answered the phone and immediately said that the cost to repair was P3500. What?! P3500 for this? Note that there was no in depth diagnosis made. Was it just a freon refill? Was it a capacitor? Was there a leaky pipe? Was it a gasket? P3500 is the "all encompassing" rate for icy condenser. Minus one star again? Lastly I said, well, I don't know if I want to get this done now. I told them I'll think about it and reschedule if needed. And here's the best part... the "diagnostic / check up fee" was P300. P300 for opening the AC and looking at the thing ice up. All 2 minutes of it. All they did was confirm what I've been trying to tell them ever since I wrote it down in the Gawin.ph website where it said "Please describe the job in detail (optional) ". That's another minus one star. Now there's no way to rate them zero stars. However this needs to be mentioned. Remember the P300 I paid for their "diagnosis"? There was no OR for that. Just a Provisional Receipt. They said the P300 would be deducted from the P3500 if I choose to have them fix my AC. LOL. Yeah right! Needless to say I'm very disappointed. Keep my P300. I hope ikayaman nyo yan. "
