    I chose Wiseman based on the review I read. At first we had problems with the scheduling but thank God it was immediately fixed! About the service I received ... GREAT work! :) They expalined to me the problem with my A/C. The reason why it freezes and how to prevent it from happening again. Kuya Jaymark was very professional even at a very young age. He told me how long he has been working and how it started. He was polite too. Will surely get them again to have my A/C cleaned again. Very satisfied customer. Thanks Gawin for helping me find and choose the right company to solve my A/C problem... KUDOS! :)

    The initial coversation and coordination with Grace was smooth, they also sent a text message the day before to confirm the schedule and remind me to secure a permit from our building admin. The workers arrived 2hours late, but for understandable reasons. They did a good job, our aircon unit is now clean and without leaks. Grace also followed up on the condition of the unit days after the cleaning and check up. We also find their rates reasonable. We would most likely book their services again. Thanks Wiseman! :)

    This review is worth the P300 I spent on their "diagnostic" fee. I specifically requested that the issue of my AC unit was ice on the condenser. It was recently cleaned and it did not cool the room one bit. That was clear. They insisted that they come over and clean the unit and do a checkup. Fine. I told them to be ready with equipment to repair the issue. Freon? Capacitor maybe? Repair a leak? It's like they weren't listening. It's like all they want to do is clean it. Next. They did not arrive on the initial agreed upon time and date. I had to reschedule them to another day. I did not get any prior notification that they were running late or that they were coming at all. Do you know how much a customer is inconvenienced when people they are prepared to pay good money to don't honor the service date? The service date that they themselves committed to? Minus one star right there. They came the next day. I told them I hope you have the necessary materials to fix the AC... the condenser was icing. All they had was cleaning equipment. So finally they saw the unit. They opened it and found that it was still relatively clean. "Malinis pa sir!" They turned the AC on and immediately saw the ice starting to build up. "May yelo sir!" Well of course! That's what I've been trying to tell you guys! Another minus one star! A minute later they closed up my AC unit. Turned it off, went down their ladder and said it needs servicing. They did not have the equipment, they will be back next time. I then asked how much the repair would cost. I was advised to call their office. The same pleasant lady answered the phone and immediately said that the cost to repair was P3500. What?! P3500 for this? Note that there was no in depth diagnosis made. Was it just a freon refill? Was it a capacitor? Was there a leaky pipe? Was it a gasket? P3500 is the "all encompassing" rate for icy condenser. Minus one star again? Lastly I said, well, I don't know if I want to get this done now. I told them I'll think about it and reschedule if needed. And here's the best part... the "diagnostic / check up fee" was P300. P300 for opening the AC and looking at the thing ice up. All 2 minutes of it. All they did was confirm what I've been trying to tell them ever since I wrote it down in the Gawin.ph website where it said "Please describe the job in detail (optional) ". That's another minus one star. Now there's no way to rate them zero stars. However this needs to be mentioned. Remember the P300 I paid for their "diagnosis"? There was no OR for that. Just a Provisional Receipt. They said the P300 would be deducted from the P3500 if I choose to have them fix my AC. LOL. Yeah right! Needless to say I'm very disappointed. Keep my P300. I hope ikayaman nyo yan.

    Hi sir, sorry for the inconvience you encounter. Ni review ko po kasi yun case nyo and i'Il check the conversation thru text, and your schedule is on Thursday but hindi po kau napuntahan kasi medyo nadelay po sila dun sa nauna sa inyo dahil nahirapan po yun mga tao sa ginawa nila, kaya naresched po kau kinabukas ng morning as conversation sa phone nabasa ko din po na sinasabi nyo na hindi sya malamig aircon and suspect nyo po na freon, pero hindi po kasi freon agad ang problem kung hindi malamig ang aircon, pwede po capacitor, mahina ang fan motor,meron din po kasi case na marumi lang kaya nag yeyelo ang aircon kaya lilinisan muna, kaya ang advice po sa inyo ay ipalinis muna or icheck up pero may check up fee po tau nag agree po kayo, yun 300 po na check up ay transpo lang po yun ng tao na pumunta sa inyo at kaunting fee para skilled ng tech, nakita po ng tech na nag ice nga po ang aircon at hindi na pwede makuha sa linis kaya po ang suggest nila ireprocess yun aircon, which is 3,500 reg charged, hindi lang po tau basta magkakarga ng freon, nagbuild up po kasi yun yelo means pwede po may leak na yun copper tubing ng aircon kaya lumalabas yun freon, mas nakasira po ng aircon kung dagdagan lang natin ng freon tapos d naman natin mareresolba yun main problem ng aircon, ang gagawin po natin sa reprocess tangal laht ng freon, hanapin ang leak, hinangin pag nakita na ang leak, iflashing ng nitro, ivaccum para luminis ang system at kargahan ng bagong freon. sa 3,500 po kasama po ang linis at 3 month na warranty, pero sabi nyo po pag iisipan nyo po, deductible naman po yun 300 once na ipapagawa nyo na, pasensya napo baka hindi po kayo nagkaintindihan ni grace baka d naexplain sayo yun mga kasama ng 3,500 na reprocess, kung kakargayan lang po natin para lalong masira yun aircon nyo and pag d lumamig mas lalo kayong magalit,dba nga po sabi nyo sa txt "KAMI ANG EXPERTS" ang sugggest po ng tech ay base sa nakikita nila sa aircon nyo. gusto po namin ng lifetime partnership sainyo, at humihingi kami ng pasensya sa kung ano man ang nangyari at hindi nyo nagustuhan ang nasuggest ng tech namin ayaw po namin ang manloko ng cliente kaya sinasabi namin ang totoo sa client. Kung meron po kaung katanungan po pwede pa rin po kau tumawag samin . Muli Humihingi po kami ng pasensya sa inyo. Cynthia Alejandro
