They did not ask for additional payment despite the heavy work required and the area slightly may have exceeded the maximum sqm. Yun lng no warranty na binigay ata.

Satisfied except I had to wait more than an hour for the tech who should’ve updated the client if he was running late. Techs should also be provided adequate equipment like ladders rather than having the client figure out how they will go about their job. Also a checklist could be useful to show what was done rather than the client having to prompt the tech as to what was accomplished.

Arrived on time and price is reasonable. I am yet to see the effect of the termite treatment. Glad that the chemical used doesn’t smell too strong — w don’t need to vacate our. I’ll update this review. Thanks!
