There was a slight miscommunication regarding the time of their visit because they set the time and confirmed that they would come to fix my aircon on Monday morning, April 4, but they did not arrive that morning because the person I was communicating with on text was waiting for me to reply. They arrived that same afternoon though, were quite polite and apologetic about the schedule mishap and were able to fix our aircon. Aside from the cleaning (which cost 500), they also saw that--since our aircon fan was weak--recommended us to buy a new piece that would improve the fan speed (additional piece cost 650). So far, the aircon is now performing at a more optimal rate. Hoping it will not break down anytime soon. So far, satisfied with their service.

Had a terrible experience with Venlec the first time. The two technicians they sent left my two units in worse condition than it were before: the split time leaked and the window type made a loud whirring noise. I had to complain and they had to send their staff back the next day, with another presumably more senior technician to fix the problem.
