Truckrentalph

The manager and his crew were courteous, albeit the promised four helpers did not come. There were just the driver and a helper, so the moving was not very efficient. The driver was mostly in charge of the van and parking, so the sole helper from the moving company was really overworked. I had to hire extra helpers to facilitate the move.

They were very efficient. A day before the haul, they confirmed the booking and texted the plate number of the truck. They came on time and went straight to work. The haulers were polite, friendly and did not complain even if my apartment was at the 3rd floor of the building (no elevators). Got them twice already and won't hesitate to book them again in the future.

The truck came on time and staff were friendly and cheerful. They also took care of loose glass from furniture and wrapped them properly so as not to break them. Would hire them again when needed.

The manager answered all my inquiries promptly. The driver and 2 helpers arrived 1 hour before the pick up time, which was okay as it took that amount of time to get all our things out of our unit. The helpers were very polite and listened to our requests. Aparrently, the driver wasn't informed beforehand on our destination, and frankly I'm not good with directions so it was a struggle to tell him where we were going. Lastly, we weren't informed that there would be additional 500 per hour (I forgot the exact rate) if the whole "lipat bahay" process exceeds 4 hours. Luckily, we made it in just 3.5 hours :) Overall, good service from truckrentalph. Would recommend to others.

The truck that was used to move my stuff was big enough to fit all the stuff from my 55sqm condo, and it is in a real good condition. Efficient service and they did take good care of all my well-loved items. I just had a sort of "bad experience" since they came in an hour late from our agreed time of pick-up. But other than that, I recommend that you guys get their services.
