We are very happy with their service! The service men were polite and efficient. They cleaned our aircons quickly and very well. They diagnosed the problem with one of or aircons and went back all the way to QC (from makati!) to get the part needed. Aircons are now all working and super cold! Thank you!

Very professional. Good communications. Home office constantly updated me on when their crew would arrive. Prices were clearly stated and reasonably priced. All in all very good experience. Thanks tropicool.

The quality of work is great!!! Highly recommended... Problem with the scheduling though as they dont arrive on the commitment date / time as agreed upon. Just like the comment of the other client posted.

The workers were okey and they know on what they're doing, but a few hours after they left , our split-type aircon is not working anymore and there is no fan or coolness coming out . We called your office to complain about this . We are still waiting for the technicians to come back and check on it again . I hope they would come back asap, this is a back job.

They failed to deliver the service. We have agreed on a 2PM schedule. I did a follow-up at 2:11PM to check where the cleaners are. I even tried calling but nobody picked up. I got a response at 2:20PM that their staff is still working on a client since the workload was increased. The rest of my schedule for the day got derailed. An advance notification would have been really nice and would have shown some professionalism.
