The Dozen Chef is a home-based novelty cake shop that sells different kinds of desserts. It specialises in floral wedding cakes. The brand aims to provide quality yet inexpensive wedding cakes for brides everywhere, specialising in rustic styled cakes adorned with real or handmade flowers. Each cake is a piece of art, made delicately and intricately by the hands of Chef Criza Leal, the owner herself. Aside from wedding cakes, a wide array of pastries are also very much available, such as brownies, cheesecakes, cookies, cupcakes, etc.
The Dozen Chef, formerly known as Louise Bakes, began selling cookies and cupcakes as a humble passion project which orders come in per dozen, hence the name- The Dozen. After years of building a name and supplying for coffee shops and small local businesses, The Dozen Chef has made its way through the wedding industry, and is making an impression by slowly introducing new trends for 2018.
