They did not know what they were doing. Driver didn't know how to park. Left a gauge they needed to charge freon, which was the service I requested. Did not know how to open the aircon to clean, and broke it in the process. Stepped on my bed while doing so. Sent them away after that. No service done

I apologize for the inconvenience sir. We have a ladder to use sir but unfortunately you did not want us to use it because you told my technician sir that " bat mo gagamitan ng ladder eh window type yan", my technician did not stepped on your bed sir dahil unang una po bawal po silang gumamit o gumalaw na pag aari po ng client. I quoted for an aircon cleaning sir. We have to check first the aircon unit if needed to be repaired or not sir. You are about to give TIP to them but my team refuse to get it.
