NTP+ is an architectural design studio, recently started by Architect Ramil Presa built upon a solid design management background to various resort-type residential condominium projects of leading middle-market developer DMCIHomes and market-driven developer Century Properties, Inc. Trained to design with technical practicalities as core consideration, the design aims to provide creative output out of practical inputs. The studio is also well-versed and are proponents of Green Architecture with experiences on projects aiming some rating with Singapore’s BCA Green Mark, Indonesia’s Greenship, and the USA’s LEED. These can be handy for any project aiming a rating with the Philippine’s BERDE.
Other design specialties include residential houses, commercial buildings, institutional buildings, subdivision and site planning, and all other types. The studio also specializes in intricate interior design planning. All design instills the practical approach that is advantageous to the owner. In completing the creativity equation, the team had also assembled skilled construction practitioners for the clients’ building and improvement needs.
As a network practice, a highly flexible methodological approach had been developed to provide solid design management techniques for collaborations with leading specialists in other disciplines. Design partners includes TandeM Structural Engineering, MAAP, ecoSolutions, Roy Barry elevator design specialists, Meinhardt Singapore, ALT Façade, etc. The studio had experiences in architectural design coordination with international architectural firms such as KPF, Axis Architects, UHA London, Architects International, Broadway Malyan, Pomeroy Studio, etc.
Pivotal projects spearheaded by the architects, now defining some Metro Manila skyline, include: Flair Towers in Mandaluyong City, The Residences at Commonwealth in Quezon City, La Verti Residences in Pasay City, Royal Palm Residences in Taguig City and Raya Garden Condominiums in Paranaque City. Defining projects outside of the country include: The Elements in Kuningan Jakarta City, The Grand Kuningan in Jakarta and Green Office Park 3 in BSD City, Tangerang.
