Pros: They booked us even though I looked for a contractor at the last minute because it was an emergency and over the holidays too. Their technicians were also early, around 30 minutes ahead of schedule. They cleaned our aircon units well enough, but nothing exceptional compared to others we've tried. The person I talked to over the phone during booking was courteous and polite. One of the technicians was also polite (the other not so much and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions). Cons: They were the messiest aircon technicians that we've ever encountered. They left very dirty footprints all over our place (including the walls and even the outer case of our aircon units) that I had to clean up twice or thrice in some areas. They also didn't clean our compressors, even though they said they did (they were very dirty when we checked afterwards). And one of the technicians kept insisting on pulling down the aircon unit, even though we said that we'll just have the basic cleaning for now. I understand that he was saying this based on his expertise, but we were also not prepared to pay the P7000+ amount per aircon instead of the P1300 per aircon that was agreed upon when we booked (aside from what we told him that we weren't sure where he could bring the aircon unit to be cleaned within the condo).
