Rate was expensive to begin with. Parts (nozzle was missing, faucet appeared missing some screws) were missing after they made the repairs. Parts they got were substandard, getting a flexible p-trap instead of a sturdier pvc one. This caused a leak within a day and required another visit. Workers billed us for meryenda when the work wasn't even 3 hours and made snide comments about charging more had they found out that our drainage system was 3 years old. We called for follow ups but they never got back to us so we got somebody else. Terrible service all in all.

Excellent service but very expensive. Charged php 2,500 for tank fitting and 3 gate valve replacement.

Replies fast. Arrives promptly too. Plumbers explain what needs to be done. However they did not issue my any receipt despite the fact that I asked for it. They just dismissed my request and told me "hindi po para sa inyo ang receipt ng materials" They left abruptly too. I was not assired of any warranty. I hope owner can address this. Other than that they did a good job on our sink. I'll wait and see what happens with the drainage that they fixed though.
