Price is high considering the quality of work and skill level. Overall technique and expertise is not that good. We had to lend them some of our own tools because they did not bring the proper tools for the job. They bought the wrong bearing size so we had to use our own car to bring them to the store to replace the materials because they did not have any means of transportation that time. The cement they bought was not enough so a portion of the column is left incomplete. Jay had to instruct his men to go and buy again in order to properly finish the work on the column. All these could have been avoided if they did a proper ocular first to properly plan the job. The rating should be lower if based on quality of work alone but they did complete the job and Jay is quite reasonable.
