3 of them are very polite and friendly. They answered our inquiries , please send same people here at our home if we ever need assistance in the future :) But having a new freon is very expensive, im not sure if this is a normal range price but all in all it was a great service!

Contracting and Preparation: The vendor was very professional. I was able to speak with the owner, Oscar, and assured me that as a new service provider on Gawin, they really strive to get good feedback from their clients. Oscar was very responsive. As a COVID preventive measure, Oscar confirmed that the technician and assistant has not been exposed to any COVID+ individual nor had COVID-related symptoms. Also, I purchased in advance PPE suits for them to wear inside my premises and they have willfully agreed to wear them. Service: They were punctual and prepared. I only contracted them for periodic aircon cleaning but upon their assessment, my unit had to undergo system reprocess for which they charged 3,500Php including the cleaning, with 3 months warranty. I thought it was a reasonable price. Technician Nelson properly explained what had to be done with the unit. Post Service: Currently monitoring if the temperature has improved. Technician mentioned it may take some time for the new freon to bring out the colder air.
