After He installed the new original parts and fixed the machines , Jun even showed us how to maintain the appliances , so it last a long time . If there is a choice, I have to give jce electronics ZERO star.
The electrician sent (i think his name is jun) opened the machine and made some assessment. There after, he said that there was a damage in the mother board. Despite not having fixed the washing machine, he billed me for the quoted amount of 450.00 for the labor.
Then, i called the service provider for whirpool to replace the motherboard. However, i was adviced to let their technician check first the washing machine.
Today, the technician checked the washing machine. Upon opening, he asked me if i had the washing machine checked by someone else. I had to ask why. He said that the reader sensor was missing, and some of the wires were cut out. When i asked the technician if the mother board was damaged, he said that it is highly impossible that the mother board will be damaged. Since the reader sensor is missing, the technician from whirlpool will have to return and bring with him a reader sensor to make a complete assessment of the washing machine.

Zero rating if possible. Never really had the chance to push though the availing of the services. We were still on the process of setting up an approriate schedule. Once booking was made in the morning, no reply was made until evening when I decided to make a call. The calls I made were rejected until we were able to exchange text messages. He was very unprofesional and rude to deal with. He said I should follow instruction. Wow! Let me remind you sir, I am the customer.

Jun Durante of JCE Electronics arrived on time and went straight to work. I already gave him the model # of the washing machine prior to the scheduled date of service, but he came prepared with various parts that are common to have broken down or repaired for my type of model. He assessed the problem right away as the sensor was broken and had a new one installed in a few minutes. Operated and tested the washing machine and it was good to go! I even got a warranty for the service! The price of the part was not included in the quote and was a bit expensive but overall bec his basic fee was reasonable (450), the total (1600) was acceptable.
Everything was done in less than an hour and I appreciate that because I am a very busy person.

Jun was on time and got our drier to work in less than 30 mins! though the brake was not fixed since it needed a part replacement, I'm happy that he was able to get it to work

I was told he was arriving 12nn. He did as promised. Took about 30-45mins to repair our topload washing machine dryer. Dismantled the top controls and greased up the motor and then all was working. Wife and I was pleased with the service. Charged us Php650. Not bad considering the travel and time spent. Thanks Jun and thanks gawin.ph! More power!

he never came. I called him once and he said he would schedule it. but he never came. i kept texting and calling him up but he never replied back. is he still alive?

price: service charge was reasonable. parts ~ was ok although not very.sure how much would a piece of rubber cost.
quality of work: for the first few days after repair was ok. but the problem with the spin dryer was back to how it was before repair ~ banging and screeching sound.
professionalism and reliability: poor. he would say he 'would' come but never say when.
could someone from gawin contact me because the guy has promised to.come yesterday for a follow up due to the problem and we waited for him the whole afternoon and he nvr turn up!
