They were earlier than expected - which is good. The guys were nice, though they should be more approachable / friendly. I mean, they were good and all, but first impression was not so good because they had a hard time locating my place. Overall though, good transaction - would hire them again if I ever move homes again.

This was a nightmare. It is surprising they rate as high as they do on the platform. You might want to check if they are leaving ratings and reviews for themselves. I booked them for Oct 18, 9-10am start. At 9:18am I sent Mr Joseph Tan a text message stating we are waiting for their arrival. He replied asking us to wait since their 6am job was still unloading at 168 Manila (our place is in Pasig). It is obvious they will not make it to the 9-10am agreement but there was no proactive setting of expectations. Their truck arrive more than FIVE HOURS after the agreed upon time of 9-10am. They drove up to our place at 3:25pm!!! I sent a note to Mr Tan stating how disappointed I am with their service - no acknowledgement received, no apologies for the extreme inconvenience. I hired two helpers in our neighborhood to work from 10am-3pm and I was forced to pay them even if I couldn't use their services because Green Park did not meet their committed time of arrival. There was not even any proactive update of where the truck was at anytime during thise five hours of delay. I have to call or message all the time to check where they were. They are unreliable, discourteous and lack professionalism and any semblance of customer service. Pick another provider to help you with moving.

I was advised that the driver & 1 helper assigned to me just got off from another engagement which ended at 4am, yet they accepted my preferred schedule which was bet 8am to 9am. Because of this, the service arrived around lunch time already, which was 3 hours delayed from the initial schedule. In addition, only 1 helper was deployed since most of the employees were already out, yet I still paid the full amount. I hope they come up with a better system in dispatching so that there won't be delays with the appointment initially agreed.
