I am Ma. Elaine Soria and I'm the owner of EDLS Transport Services. I currently have a forwarding company which caters cargo from Luzon to Visayas and Mindanao. They were late by one hour which made it inconvenient. They were also uncontactable.

They were very prompt in responding and the price was the lowest I could find, however they have no idea where to pick up or bring the cargo. It was very frustrating. What could have taken an hour ended up taking 4-5 hours because on no knowledge of route. The dispatcher should have given them a map and briefed them where to go instead of the driver calling and texting customer the whole time looking for the adrresses.

Sorry for that Ma'am. The driver is just new and I have provided them the map. It's also normal for us to coordinate and ask for directions so as to ease the job. Thanks.
