+ Very professional Technician. Meticulous and proficient at his job. Systematic problem-solver. Answered all my technical questions correctly and non-condescendingly. + Very good follow-up from Admin office as well. - I specified 9am-12nn time but unfortunately he arrived 2 hours late. Minor annoyance, but it would have been good to stick to the schedule. - Had to pay in cash, no mobile Credit Card Facility. Minor annoyance. = YES! I will recommend them to others. = YES! I would call them again for service.

Very well pleased with the service. They came earlier than committed time, thorough workmanship and courteous technicians. Short of a five star because they did not issue a receipt, though, they promised to email it.
