We appreciate the effort of Keon, the technician who checked our machine. However, we're not really satisfied with their general service At first, they said that it's the capacitor that caused the problem, so a new one was bought amounting to 500 + 1000 (service) = we paid 1500. Just the following day, it was not working again, saying that it's the mainboard is not working. It may amount to 4000 as per technician. So basically we're left with a stil, non-working machine but just paid 1500. Should this has been troubleshot properly, we could have just bought a new mainboard instead. Thank you.
