Overall rating is 4/5. I called and clarified the works to be done when I called the day before. He arrived on-time, and seemed to be knowledgeable of the given tasks. He had a new testing equipment that he is just using for the very first time. All went well, but, he could have been more confident if he brought along his previous testing gadget. He did assured a warranty and to return if I encounter any repairs or trouble. I would definitely recommend Charles Gadon anytime!.
