We coordinated on a tuesday. He initially gave me a Friday schedule because of a commitment he had on a Thursday. Wednesday he called to change the schedule from Friday to Thursday at 10 am. Thursday morning he called to change to 9 am. He did not clean up after his service and one aircon had a loose connection after he cleaned it. Anyhow he fixed the loose connection.

Communication is a bit confusing because I thought I was talking to Benjamin, yun pala it was his wife. When I finally spoke to Benjamin to follow up on their service because he was late, it turns out that he was still waiting for his companion who was also running late. They charged a reasonable price and did a good job though. Would be better if they were more professional from the start.
