So I’m glad that my unit was finally cleaned. One thing though, the agreed schedule was 9am-12nn but the service provider arrived at around 4pm. I don’t blame the technician here because they’re just following orders. But i hope the service provider would look into their logistics and planning more thoroughly. The office is in Marikina but they sent the technician to Makati/Mandaluyong area first? For me, it just doesn’t make sense when i am in UP Diliman area only considering the proximity. What’s the sense of having a schedule when it’s not being followed right? Remember that the customers do not have the liberty of time to sit around all day waiting. So please value our time. This is a constructive feedback for the improvement of services. Again, i do not blame the technicians who visited my house. They’re in-fact courteous and polite and very apologetic. I just realised there’s a gap in the logistics so by this feedback, i am hoping they would look into it not just for me but for their future customers.
