I am dissapointed with the customer service I have talked with, I have no prob with the service done with the technician coz its actually a mistake from Ashly, who didnt clarify things to me, instead argue with me insistead her side. Hopefully you clarify things from clients before accepting and booking a job, And be polite enough for the customer. Do not compare coz every customer is a different individuals. Instead of booking for repair I will no longer be back for repair. Just buy new one coz just waisted money without clarification of things.
