Ruel is knowledgable but a bit old and timid. He asked me to clean the filter wherein I would assume service provider would go an extra mile to give a good service. Anyway, he was still able to confirm my suspition on the ACU issue.

Not recommended. If you can try and install it yourself, it is better to do it than calling them. Very poor service.
