The check-up charge of P700 is absurd! They sent a technician to check the machine, spent less than 10 minutes and informed us that the capacitor needs to be replaced. I opted not to have the machine repaired since it will be more practical to get a new unit. The CS insisted of having me pay for P700 for doing almost nothing. The technician who came over was nice and understood my concern but the customer service rep who literally did not do anything was unreasonable and does not know customer service at all.
